Beyond Burlesque CIC has been set up to provide grants and sponsorships to UK based burlesque performers to enable them to travel to international festivals. These festivals often provide future career opportunities through networking, workshops and being seen by other producers in attendance. Low income should not be a barrier to success so this fund exists to reduce this inequality.

I am a burlesque performer of 7 years who has had the priviledge to perform at festivals around the world. From this, I have gained multiple opportunities to further my artform and get paid work after the festival. I truly believe that the UK has some outstanding performers who's career is stunted due to financial inequalities meaning they can't showcase their art internationally. I started this CIC to try and address this, to help the international scene see the quality of art that the UK has and hopefully to further some performers careers.
